Mexico: 2nd National Meeting of Collectives for New Democracy
We share an unofficial translation of the following call:
On October 19 and 20, we will hold the 2nd National Meeting of Collectives for New Democracy in the Sierra Sur region, Oaxaca, Mexico. We invite all those who struggle for life, for land and territory, those who demand justice, and those who seek national liberation to participate in this Meeting.
This is the second consecutive year that this political-cultural effort is taking place, which seeks, through art and people’s culture, to unify struggles and experiences by embracing the tasks of the program of the New Democratic Revolution, agrarian and anti-imperialist, which will sweep away latifundium, imperialism, and bureaucratic capitalism—the three great mountains that oppress the workers and peoples of Anáhuac.
