FACAM Condemns the Fake Encounters against Kosa and Vikalp by the Indian State

The Forum Against Corporatization and Militarization (FACAM) has issued a statement condemning the murder of two alleged members of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of India (Maoist), in a fake encounter. As FACAM states, Kosa and Vikalp were murdered by gunfire on 22nd of September, 2025, after being taken by the paramilitary-police forces in the town of Raipur days before.

FACAM condemns the murders and demands the immediate independent inquiry into the extra-judicial killings of unarmed Maoists in fake encounters and to end Operation Kagaar.
