Palestine Solidarity Actions amid the Biggest Attack of Israel since Start of Ceasefire

Night of Tuesday the 29th of October, the deadliest attack since the beginning of the ceasefire was carried out by Israel, murdering over 100 people across Gaza. This is one among almost daily breaches from Israel, of the ceasefire. As usual Israel claims that Hamas has breached the ceasefire agreement, without offering proof of this statement, while they themselves clearly breach the ceasefire.

The past weeks several actions for Palestine have been made.

In the University Camp of Limeira, in São Paulo, the students occupied the Faculty, holding a Camp for Palestine. The students demanded to break the agreement between the university and the Israel Institute of Technology, involved in weapons research and the Israeli military apparatus.

Pickets were organized interrupting the academic activities and reinforcing the mobilization. The mobilizations led that the University Council approved the termination with the Israeli institute agreement.

However, the mobilization continued to grow, with the number of students camped out jumping from 10 to 40 in just two days, and more than 100 people directly involved, as AND reports.
