We hereby publish some calls done internationally for November 25th, the International Day against violence against women.

Many actions have been carried out by the New Democratic Women (YDK) in Turkey. Posters and graffiti have been seen in many places of the country and activists have taken to the streets to distribute leaflets among the people:

A banner was hung on the Golden Horn Bridge, in Istanbul:

Activists have also sent letters to imprisoned revolutionary women:

A demonstration and an event have been called in Dortmund, Germany, by the Red League (Roter Bund):

In the call it is emphasized that almost every day a woman is murdered in the country, and despite all the promises made by the ruling class, the bourgeoisie, the cases of domestic violence have increased by 15% in the past 5 years. The call also denounces the racist statements by Chancellor Merz who tries to legitimize his attacks against the migrant workers, accusing them of being the perpetrators of the violence against women in Germany.

We recently reported on the impulsed experienced by the revolutionary women’s movement in Germany:

A mobilization has been called by the Anti-Imperialist Collective in Tampere, Finland:

The anti-imperialist activists highlight that “Finland is statistically the most violent country in the EU for women. More than half of women in Finland have experienced physical or sexual violence, or threats of such violence.” They also emphasize the role of the combating women in the people’s wars in Peru, India, Turkey and the Philippines, as well as the struggle of the Palestinian women against the denial of the right of life by the Zionists in Palestine.

A call for a demonstration has been issued in Kristiansand, Norway:
