Austria: Rally Supporting an Imprisoned Pro-Palestinian Activist

A rally was held in Vienna in front of the prison where the pro-Palestinian activist, Ahmed Hilalis, is held.

Palestine Committee of Vienna issued a leaflet denouncing the situation of the activist, which was taken by the police after arguing back to a provocative person during a demonstration for Palestine. The police also arrested other demonstrators. Rote Fahne denounce the situation of the political prisoner, which is expected to be imprisoned until January under the excuse of “risk of committing an act”.

Further actions are already announced.
