Germany – LLL Demonstration: First Report

We hereby share an unofficial translation of a report published by Dem Volke Dienen on the demonstration for Rosa Luxemburg, Karl Liebknecht and the great Lenin, that took place yesterday on the streets of Berlin.

On the anniversary of the murder of the founders of the Communist Party of Germany, Rosa Luxemburg and Karl Liebknecht, and in memory of the great Lenin, the annual LLL demonstration took place in Berlin today, for which Partizan Germany and the Red League (Roter Bund) had called for a joint bloc under the main slogan “Down with ‘Operation Kagaar’! – Long live the People’s War in India!”

This jointly organized demonstration was a principled expression of solidarity with the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and the People’s War that leads. The chants of “Lal Salaam – Lal Salaam” echoed loudly throughout the demonstration, signs commemorated the fallen heroes of the People’s War in India, and People’s Wars around the world were celebrated.

The demonstration also focused on denouncing the current aggression of US imperialism against Venezuela and its threats against the peoples of Latin America, including in several speeches delivered in Spanish. Together with numerous international comrades from various Parties and organizations, a combative and determined bloc was formed at the demonstration, clearly expressing a firm stance in support of the People’s War in India and the struggles of oppressed peoples, particularly those in Latin America.

The previous day, an event had taken place in Berlin, organized by Partizan as part of the annual Martyrs’ Week for the fallen of the revolution and the Party. Despite difficult weather conditions, the combative and lively event, featuring speeches, videos, songs, and slogans, had a good number of attendees.

We already translated the call made by Partizan-Red League that can be read here:
