Condolences: Ali Demir Passed Away

We hereby share an unofficial translation of an obituary published by Avrupa Haber.

Ali Demir, a veteran of the Partizan movement, passed away in Nuremberg.

Born in Antep and having emigrated to Germany for a better life, Ali Demir was a kind-hearted, loving, and well-liked person in Nuremberg, where he fought in accordance with the ideas of İbrahim Kaypakkaya, supported associations and democratic activities, and opened his home and table to his comrades.

While struggling with his health problems in recent years, he was a comrade who continued to support his comrades and, to the best of his ability, dedicated himself to solidarity activities.

He passed away today at the Nürnberg Nord Klinikum hospital.
