More Actions Following the AIL Call on Venezuela

Actions against Yankee imperialist aggression continue following the call from the Anti-Imperialist League (AIL).

In Brazil, new demonstrations have been reported in Rondônia. Several organizations participated in a demonstration in Porto Velho. In addition to denouncing the crimes of imperialism in Venezuela, actions were carried out in solidarity with murdered peasants by the State, including comrade Flecha, a leader of the League of the Poor Peasants, who was cowardly assassinated on January 23.

In other places, such as Belo Horizonte and the Federal University of Pará, a demonstration and an event were respectively done.

In Colombia, activists who participated in the demonstration on February 3rd made a video greeting and celebrating the advances of the AIL

In Oslo, Norway, a demonstration was called against US bases in Norway, and Kampkomiteen participated under the slogan “Hands off Venezuela!” During the march, slogans were shouted, and the demonstration marched to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

In Essen, Germany, a blitz rally was held denouncing Yankee imperialism against Venezuela and other peoples of the world, and the leaflet of the AIL was spread. At the end of the rally, a Yankee flag was burned, an action to which the neighbors responded by opening their windows and shouting “Long live Palestine!”

In Düsseldorf and Cologne, graffiti has appeared denouncing the aggression.

Red Action from Finland organized a presentation in Turku on the situation in Venezuela and the crisis of Yankee imperialism as part of the day of action.

New graffiti were made in Madrid, in the Spanish State.
