Massive Funeral Organized for Comrade Prabhakar in India

The funeral rites of Maoist leader Loketi Chander Rao, alias Swami, alias Prabhakar, who was killed in an encounter in Gadchiroli district of Maharashtra, were organized on Sunday at his native village Isrojiwadi in Kamareddy district. Seven Maoist guerrillas, including him were martyred in this encounter.

Yeni Demokrasi reports that the funeral was attended by several organizations, such as the Martyrs’ Families Association, Virasam, the Human Rights Association, the Telangana People’s Front, the Dalit Liberation Front, labor unions, and many democratic mass organizations.
