Mexico: Weekly Newsletter
We hereby share an unofficial translation of the part on Mexico of the Weekly Newsletter published by Sol Rojo – Mexico on the 11th of March.
In the face of the ongoing war against the people, which we report on week after week, this Monday our Current of the People – Red Sun, launched the Day of Struggle in Defense of the People’s Struggles, against imperialist interference and aggression. As we have stated in our call to action, this demonstration of firm internationalist spirit places our people’s struggles for their rights at the service of the New Democratic Revolution in our country and the World Proletarian Revolution.
The Day of Struggle began with a march starting at the Santa Rosa Panzacola Local Market and ending at the city’s main square, with participants distributing leaflets, painting graffiti, and engaging in agitation and propaganda along the way. Upon arriving at the main square and following a militant rally, a sit-in was set up that lasted two days, demanding a favorable response to all calls for justice and dignity as soon as possible. We will soon have a detailed report on this Day of Struggle.
With the Red Sun, the people will triumph!
