The Yankee Imperialist War of Aggression on Iran – Day 16

As Yankee imperialism and its war of aggression on Iran moves into its 16th day, the US is calling out for the involvement of more countries in an attempt to release oil exports from the strait of Hormuz, calling for an international naval intervention in order to make an assault on key islands in the strait. The US and Israel continue, in this context, their criminal bombardment of Iran and Lebanon, now focusing on the western coastline of Iran, bordering the strait, while Iran and Hezbollah continue to defend themselves and to retaliate against US and Israeli positions throughout the region.
Iranian Red Crescent Society reports that more than 24,000 civilian units have been damaged across various sectors in Iran so far in the Yankee imperialist war of aggression, including 19,775 residential units, 4,511 business units, 69 schools, 16 Red Crescent centers, along with 21 rescue and relief vehicles and 19 ambulances.
On Truth Social, Trump pleaded with several countries to collaborate in the Yankee imperialist assault on Iran, stating, “Hopefully China, France, Japan, South Korea, the UK, and others, that are affected by this artificial constraint, will send Ships to the area so that the Hormuz Strait will no longer be a threat by a Nation that has been totally decapitated”
As Yankee imperialism calls Iran “decapitated”, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claims that a “gathering center of US forces” at Al-Harir air base in Erbil was struck in the 52nd wave of “Operation True Promise 4”, additionally they claim that the Ali Al Salem and Arifjan bases were destroyed.
Iran and Hezbollah have conducted a joint retaliatory strike against targets in Israel. IRGC announces the attack as part of their 53rd wave of “Operation True Promise 4”. Israeli media reported that sirens sounded in multiple cities, and that multiple reports of damage was recorded.
In Lebanon the Ministry of Public Health reports that the death toll is now up to 850 people murdered, with 105 of which are children. 2,105 are so far reported injured, with recent reports indicating that up to 800,000 people are currently displaced as a result of the criminal Israeli strikes and operations.
Hezbollah claimed it destroyed a Merkava tank in Taybeh and shot down an Israeli armed drone in Sharqiya in southern Lebanon, as well as targeting Israeli occupation soldiers with rocket barrages and artillery shells near Adaysah, Mays al-Jabal, and Kfar Yuval.
The Israeli health ministry has reported that 108 people have been hospitalized over the last 24 hours, and that 3,195 have been treated in hospital since the start of the war of aggression.
Israel informed the US this week that it is running critically low on ballistic missile interceptors, and that reportedly they had entered the current war already low on interceptors that were fired during last summer’s conflict with Iran, according to reports made to the US newspaper Semafor. In this context, Israel has approved an 2.6-billion-shekel (827 million USD) emergency budget allocation for military purchases, according to Al Jazeera.
An IDF spokesperson has announced strikes will be carried out against Haret Hreik, Ghobeiry, Lilaki, Hadath, Burj al-Barajneh, Tahwitat al-Ghadir and Chiyah, in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
On Saturday, March 14th, an anti-imperialist march was organized in Santiago, Chile, El Pueblo Newspaper reports. The march denounced the Yankee imperialist aggression on the peoples of the entire world, saluting heroic resistance such as that of the Palestinian people and Iran.
An event organized by the Communist Party of Greece (Marxist-Leninist) [KKE (m-l)], on the developments in Iran and in the Middle East was carried out on Friday the 13th in Heraklion.
In Thessaloniki, the KKE (m-l) participated in a march denouncing the imperialist intervention in Iran. The march passed by the US consulate.
