As the third week in the Yankee imperialist war of aggression on Iran comes to an end, the war has seen escalations from Yankee imperialism and its lackey Israel, in its attacks on Iranian economic targets like the South Pars gas field, essential for civilian heating and electricity needs throughout Iran. This escalation and the subsequent retaliations against similar targets in the Gulf States by Iran, has seen the price of crude oil surge as fears of permanent damage to supply chains causes global market volatility. Iran is still showing that they are not to be underestimated as they continue, despite claims from Yankee imperialism that they are militarily defeated, to successfully target enemy positions in the region.
The International Energy Agency (IEA) warns that it could take up to six months to restore oil and gas flows from the Gulf, stating that “It will be six months for some [sites] to be operational, others much longer,”, marking what could potentially be the “largest disruption in the history of the global oil market,”.
After the retaliation on the Ras Laffan liquefied natural gas (LNG) facility, the biggest LNG facility in the world, responsible for the production of around 20% of the global supply, the facility has had its production reduced by 17%, according to Qatar’s state minister for energy affairs.
Today, drones struck Kuwait’s largest oil refinery, processing around 730,000 barrels of oil per day, causing fires and several units to cease production, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) SAMREF refinery was also targeted. The oil refinery in Haifa, Israel, had its power generation site sustain significant infrastructure damage, according to Israel’s public broadcaster, causing power outages across several neighborhoods.

After Israel announced that they will no longer target the energy infrastructure of Iran, the price of oil has yet again decreased to around 108 USD per barrel.
A US F-35 stealth fighter jet was struck by Iranian forces, marking the first time in history an F-35 have been struck in combat. In a statement from Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammed Baqer Qalibaf “The F-35 was not just a fighter jet, it was a monument to the invincibility and arrogance of the American military; a theological symbol, claimed to be invisible to any eye and superior to all power,”. The F-35 fighter jet had to make an emergency landing in a US military base in West-Asia.
A recent report from Axios reveals that sources “with knowledge of the issue”, are saying that the ground invasion of Kharg Island is still an option mulled by Yankee imperialism. Three Marine units are already on their way to the region, but according to the sources cited by Axios, taking Kharg will require a significant amount of time, and they say that “we need about a month to weaken the Iranians more with strikes, take the island and then get them by the balls and use it for negotiations,”.
Kharg Island is the biggest oil refinery of Iran, and about 90% of all of Iran’s oil exports move through the Island. Yankee imperialism is in other words considering an attempt of taking the island in order to pressure Iran economically, removing their biggest revenue stream, as well as hijacking the control for themselves a huge part of global oil exports. Paradoxically, the US has also declared that they are considering removing the sanctions on Iranian oil exports already in transit, essentially giving Iran a significant boost in revenue, in an attempt to stabilize oil prizes.
If this is the plan that Yankee imperialism goes for, and the war goes on for potentially months, it will spell disaster for global supply chains, exacerbating the already severely disrupted supply of gas and oil, used for fuel, electricity, fertilizer and helium, among many other products essential in countless industries, including energy infrastructure and in food production all over the world.
Yankee imperialism has escalated its attacks on Iran, with air defenses activating north east of Tehran. Four civilians were killed and eight injured in an attack on a residential area in Karaj, west of Tehran. The Noor area east of Tehran was also targeted according to Israel.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have announced the 67th wave of “Operation True Promise 4”, dedicated to IRGC spokesperson Brigadier General Ali Mohammad Naeini, murdered in an Israeli strike last night. The operation involved the deployment of heavy ballistic and cluster missiles, as well as extensive drone strikes targeting US military assets, and radar systems and infrastructure in Israel.
Targets included the Ali Al-Salem base in Kuwait, UAV air and space command, aircraft maintenance hangars, equipment and helicopter support warehouses, and the US-led Coalition Forces Operations Center, Al Mayadeen reports.
Additionally, the IRGC allegedly targeted four missile-defense early-warning radars and the US gathering site at Al-Wafa base with long- and medium-range missiles.
Israeli warplanes conducted a series of aggressive attacks across southern Lebanon, targeting multiple towns in the Nabatieh, Tyre, and Bint Jbeil districts, as well as in the capital, Beirut.
As the aggression against Lebanon have murdered over 1,000 people, displaced over one million, and caused unprecedented destruction of civilian infrastructure throughout the country, Hezbollah is defending against the Israeli ground invasion and murderous aggression by waging successful military operations against the invading enemy.
Hezbollah announced targeting a concentration of Israeli military vehicles at the Taybeh project with artillery shells, with reporters confirming direct hits. They also fired a rocket salvo at Israeli troops gathered in the border town of Maroun al-Ras park.
On March 19th, in Athens, Greece, The Communist Party of Greece (Marxist-Leninist) [KKE (m-l)] participated in an anti-war and anti-imperialist demonstration.
