Chile: Workers Protest for Their Rights

The newspaper El Pueblo reported that vegetable vendors in Collipulli, Aracaunia, protested on Tuesday 31st of March to defend their right to work. Without being notified, they were evicted from their stalls by police in early March, but these workers have organized and are protesting to defend their livelihood. They also collected hundreds of signatures, making clear that they have the support of the people.
