On Tuesday the Maoist guerrillas have carried out several actions against the old Indian State. Three security personnel were injured in Chhattisgarh as a consequence of an Improvised Explosive Device (IED) blast in Sukma. The repressive forces launched an operation against Maoist guerrillas on Monday. The operation is still ongoing.
Reportedly Maoists also blew up the railway track between Karampada and Rengda sidings under Chakradharpur Rail Division, in the Jharkhand-Odisha border. Despite the increased presence of the repressive forces in the area, the Maoists carried out this sabotage action and they also distributed leaflets. They also put up posters and banners at several locations in this location. Only few days earlier Maoists also planted an IED and interrupted the train communications in Sundargarh, Odisha.
According to Indian press, security has been heightened in several areas, such as the states of Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Odisha, Jharkhand, etc. However the Maoist guerrillas continue to carry out their propaganda and actions of different kinds.
