ECUADOR: MILITANT SOLIDARITY WITH THE HEROIC IRANI PEOPLE TOWARDS THE CRIMINAL AGGRESSION OF ISRAEL!
Herby we share an unofficial translation of a statement by the FDLP-EC.
We, the Front to Defend the Struggles of the People of Ecuador condemn in a energetic way with firmness, combativeness and internationalist conviction the coward aggression perpetuated by the State of Israel against the Islamic Republic of Iran. This war act is not an isolated action, neither of despair, but the continuation of a criminal policy orchestrated by Yankee imperialism, which is using Israel as its armed semi-colony, its nuclear extension, its execute arm in Western Asia, at the service of domination, plunder and imposition of its policy of predatory.
Israel became the executor of the Palestinian people; it isn’t happy for having massacred more then 60,000 Palestinians in Gaza and West Bank; children, women, elders, martyrs of resistance, but keeps extending its expansionist and terror policy against the oppressed nations like Lebanon, Syria, Yemen and once more Iran. This time, Israel, with no provocation violating openly the sovereignty of this country, launches a criminal and direct attack that can only be understood as a provocation that was dictated by the criminals of the Pentagon and the White House.
We have no doubt that the Iranian people will not bow in front of the military power neither to the threats of imperialism. Totally on the contrary it has proven with acts, its capacity with dignity of firm strategic resistance, as part of the people’s block, who in Western Asia, are rejecting being dominated and struggle with decision for its self-determination and sovereignty.
The epicenter of the anti-imperialist resistance is expanding, already not only in Gaza, Lebanon, Yemen or Syria; today Iran is raising itself as a new trench of combat, joining themselves to the block of dignified people who assume with conscience its historical role in the struggle to stop and destroy Imperialism, their lackeys and mercenaries, the responsible ones of seeding blood, misery, exploitation and destruction, particularly in the third world countries.
Today Iran is raising itself as a bastion of battle against imperialist ruling and its resistance is revitalizing the spirit of struggle of the oppressed peoples of the region and the world.
As it happened after every Zionist aggression, the peoples are standing up, mobilizing, outraging and fighting. We saw this in Lebanon, Syria Yemen and also in every protest, every barricade, and in every slogan its reverberating from Gaza, Beirut, Baghdad, Sana, Damascus, Tehran and fully in the People’s Wars in India, Turkey, Philippines and Peru. Because it is the same enemy of the peoples: Imperialism, mainly Yankee, and his most macabre and criminal face is Israel’s Zionism.
This new aggression will do nothing else than reactivate the fire of the anti-imperialist struggle of the world, nourishing the just hatred against Zionism and his Yankee masters, and strengthen the unity of the peoples and movements of resistance on the whole planet.
From the mountains to the valleys of Our America, from the fury of the Jaguar, Taita Inti [Translator’s note:Father Sun] and the anger that swells over the rebel people, we express our entire solidarity with the Iranian People, with its men and women that resist without giving up. We embrace them with internationalist spirit of those who understand that the liberation of the oppressed people of the world will necessarily and inevitably happen, through the destruction of Imperialism and the criminal Zionism.
