Yankees out of the Middle East!

On Friday, June 13, the war of aggression of Yankee imperialism and its principal instrument in the Middle East, the Zionist State of Israel, entered a new phase with a new military campaign whose main front is direct military aggression against the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Yankee imperialism is trying to hide, as it has done from the beginning, its status as the principal belligerent power in the war of aggression against the oppressed nations and peoples of the Middle East, behind the Zionist State of Israel.

The Zionist State of Israel is the occupying colonial power in Palestine. It plays the role of the principal instrument of Yankee imperialism’s war of aggression against the countries in the Middle East, and in its war propaganda uses the pretext of the “right to defend oneself against aggression.” In this new phase of aggression, the pretext of a “preventive war” against the existential threat of the “Iranian atomic bomb” is being used as war propaganda to gain favorable public opinion.

However, the undeniable strategic political and military objective of the US-Israeli war of aggression is a change of regime in Iran. This may have a preliminary step with the regime’s capitulation to all the demands of Yankee imperialism at the “negotiating” table. The imperialist G7 meeting has agreed to support the aggression.

This is a long-standing plan, and its transition to open war against Iran, with the current campaign, has also been long prepared with a series of preliminary steps. From the administration of the genocidal Biden to the current genocidal Trump, they have deployed their imperialist collusion and struggle at the various flashpoints of the international situation, centering on their “New Middle East” plan.

The final part of the plan has been characterized by secret agreements between Yankee imperialism, Russian imperialism, and Chinese social-imperialism.

The collusive agreement with the Chinese for the transfer of air and naval forces from the Indo-Pacific to the Arabian Sea under the pretext of fighting the Houthis was revealed in mid-March, and a few days ago, the conversation between the genocidal Trump and the social-imperialist Xi Jinping. We already highlighted the case of Syria with the Russian imperialists in December in exchange for easing the situation for Putin in Ukraine. Finally, a few days before the attacks on Iran, Trump and Putin spoke for more than two hours. Trump declared that it had been a fruitful conversation and that they had discussed Ukraine and Iran.

To open the current phase of the war of aggression, the imperialist-Zionist enemy has developed its plans through successive military campaigns with precise objectives, developed along the Gaza and West Bank-Lebanon-Syria axis, as the main axis, for much of the previous phase, and the Yemen-Iran-Iraq axis as a secondary axis. Following the teachings of Chairman Gonzalo, we have already denounced this sinister plan of Yankee imperialism with its Zionist instrument in our April 2024 Political Declaration.

We reaffirm this Declaration’s great importance in giving new impetus to the international campaign against imperialist-Zionist aggression in the Middle East and in support of the national liberation struggle of those oppressed nations and peoples. We emphasize:

– At every opportunity, Iran is targeting more significant and far-reaching political, military, and economic objectives, which, along with harsher imperialist economic sanctions, are aimed at weakening Iran militarily, politically, and economically, both internally and externally. Seeking to strangle it economically.

– The imperialist-Zionist plan is to weaken Iran so that, when the time comes, it can strike quickly. The US is interested in swift action; a prolonged war is not in its interest.

– The Palestinian question cannot be isolated from the situation in the entire region, for the imperialist-Zionist plan (against Iran).

– The Yankees are using this opportunity to try to advance control of this part of the ME for their plans to control the region, in collusion and conflict with the other imperialist powers, to isolate Iran from Russia and China.

– The Iranian issue is an issue to be resolved for the plans of the sole hegemonic superpower, Yankee imperialism.

– The objective situation is raising the possibility of a major change in Iran. The military aggression of Yankee-Zionist imperialism against Iran will in fact lead to a war of resistance, and the current regime headed by Khamenei would lead a just war, defending his country from imperialist aggression, primarily Yankee. This, combined with the Palestinian national war of resistance, would uprising the peoples of the region against Yankee imperialism and its Arab lackeys.

– The need for a militarized, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist Communist Party to lead the democratic revolution to its conclusion through people’s war and immediately move on to developing a socialist revolution. Long live the International Communist League!

These are the points we wish to highlight in our Political Declaration.

Finally, we reiterate that for these liberation movements, these resistance movements, and these nationalist movements to transform into revolution, they need true communist parties to transform these struggles into people’s war to culminate the democratic revolution, thus generating a true change in our favor in the political situation.
