Colombia: Actions for Basavaraj

We hereby share an unofficial translation of report that we have received.

In Colombia, communists and revolutionaries joined the call made by the International Communist League (ICL) to “develop an urgent and extraordinary campaign in memory of Comrade Basavaraj.” As part of the campaign, they hung a banner honoring Comrade Basavaraj, rejecting and demanding an end to the Operation Kagaar driven by the old Indian State as part of its war against the people. They also expressed their support for the People’s War in India and the Communist Party of India (Maoist) that leads it. Additionally, they distributed the ICL leaflet in tribute to Comrade Basavaraj.
