
New Actions in Solidarity with the People’s War in India and Comrade Basavaraj in Europe
Hereby we share new actions in support of the People’s War in India and Comrade Basavaraj in Europe.
In Helsinki, Finland, a demonstration has been called in front of the Indian embassy on Sunday, July 27, by Anti-imperialists Helsinki as part of the international campaign.


From Copenhagen, Denmark, Anti-imperialist Action has announced an event featuring presentations and the screening of a film about the People’s War in India and the oppression of oppressed peoples and castes.

In France, the Anti-imperialist League (LAI) has placed dazibaos in Strasbourg, France, supporting the People’s War in India and denouncing Operation Kagaar. The action took place in popular neighborhoods where Partizan and Ligue de la Jeunesse Révolutionnaire have been present. They also saluted Georges Abdallah and Palestine.



In Valencia, Spanish State, a report has been published about the presentaiton by the Revolutionary Committee on the People’s War in India. During the talk, the origin and development of the revolution in India were discussed, as well as the martyrdom of Comrade Basavaraj and the 27 revolutionaries.


In Portugal the Anti-Imperialist Action (AAI) has carried out actions in Lisbon hanging up posters in Portuguese and the language of Caboverde. The Posters salute the People’s War in India, the Communist Party of India (Maoist) and the fallen General Secretary Comrade Basavaraj and the 26 combatants of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA). The Operation „Kagaar“ also was denounced.
