Sweden – Action Report: LONG LIVE THE PEOPLES’ WAR IN PERU!
We hereby share an unofficial translation of a report published by Kommunisten, on a recent action in support of the Peoples’ War in Peru.

LONG LIVE THE PEOPLES’ WAR IN PERU!
“Due to this advantageous situation, on the one hand, and to the insular peculiarities of the English and the forcible suppression of the French movement, on the other, the German workers have for the moment been placed in the vanguard of the proletarian struggle. How long events will allow them to occupy this post of honour cannot be foretold. But let us hope that as long as they occupy it, they will fill it fittingly. This demands redoubled efforts in every field of struggle and agitation. In particular, it will be the duty of the leaders to gain an ever clearer insight into all theoretical questions, to free themselves more and more from the influence of traditional phrases inherited from the old world outlook, and constantly to keep in mind that socialism, since it has become a science, demands that it be pursued as a science, i.e., that it be studied. The task will be to spread with increased zeal among the masses of the workers the ever more clarified understanding thus acquired, to knit together ever more firmly the organisation both of the party and of the trade unions…
If the German workers progress in this way, they will not be marching exactly at the head of the movement – it is not at all in the interest of this movement that the workers of any particular country should march at its head – but they will occupy an honourable place in the battle line; and they will stand armed for battle when either unexpectedly grave trials or momentous events demand of them increased courage, increased determination and energy.”

We, the friends of the Peruvian revolution, would like to begin this report by sending our greetings to the Communist Party of Peru, the heroic combatant that continues to persevere on the path of people’s war as the almighty leader, the red faction of the International Communist Movement and its entire leadership system from bottom to top. We also wish to greet the People’s Liberation Army and all its heroic fighters and units who, blow by blow, are conquering and building the new power. We greet all the activists and masses under the leadership of the Party, especially those organized in the Front-New State.
December 3 this year marked 91 years since Chairman Gonzalo, recognized leader and commander of the Peruvian and proletarian world revolution, was born. The day also marked the 43rd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Guerrilla Army, today the People’s Liberation Army, following a decision by the Third Plenum of the Communist Party of Peru in 1992. We understand that the most important contribution of Chairman Gonzalo and his almighty Gonzalo Thought, that is, Chairman Gonzalo’s universal contribution, is his definition of Maoism itself. An act of wholehearted proletarian internationalism which, together with the initiation of the People’s War in Peru, has given the International Communist Movement the greatest impetus since the initiation of the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution in China. The international proletariat had achieved its strategic offensive in the process of the proletarian world revolution.
With the process and circumstances of the People’s War in Peru, the People’s Movement of Peru (MPP) was established to serve the party’s work abroad. This apparatus has provided and continues to provide great guidance to comrades and organizations in imperialist countries who are fighting for the constitution or reconstitution of communist parties. We want to salute our comrades for their service in the impetus they have given us. We can only imagine what the situation would be like without the work of our comrades to establish Maoism as the leadership and command in the old world.
With this in mind, several actions were carried out around the Stockholm area in honor of the red faction of the International Communist Movement, the Communist Party of Peru.
