We close ranks in the fight that comrade Laura and the entire left has been carrying out with the people’s war, wielding the BUP (BASE OF PARTY UNITY), Gonzalo Thought which in essence is: people’s war until communism, which they have been imposing in the Main Regional Committee (MRC) of the Party as part of the General Reorganization of the Party. Step by step, solid foundations are being laid, preparing for a leap in party work and the development of the people’s war.

PRESENTATION
The long march of humanity in transforming matter has generated great and profound changes in the investigation of nature, society and thought. Being that the ideology of the international proletariat, as the last class in history, is the only true and transformative one: Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo Thought; has given to the earth the best and highly organized and powerful nations as Lenin’s and Stalin’s USSR, as the China of Chairman Mao Zedong. That it has been usurped by the revisionists does not remove the universal validity of the ideology, which remains strong, undefeated and latent, being the only [ideology that is] truly revolutionary and transformative.
In the midst of heroic struggles, the proletariat of Peru, with José Carlos Mariátegui, has come to establish the Communist Party of Peru, as our founder said “Marxist-Leninist, convicted and confessed.” In the shocking class struggle and the storm of revolution, the international proletariat has built socialism in what was the USSR, with Lenin and Stalin. Through the people’s war, the proletariat of China has formed the People’s Republic of Workers and Peasants, uninterruptedly the socialist construction of the dictatorship of the proletariat and the Great Proletarian Cultural Revolution to stay the course and prevent capitalist restoration. Our undefeated ideology was established as Marxism- Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and later, as consequence of the beginning and development of the people’s war in Peru, has better understood its application and has made a qualitative leap in its development, becoming Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Maoism being the Third, New and Superior stage of the ideology of the proletariat and therefore what is decisive for the world proletarian revolution; consequently, the ideology of the international proletariat is Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, mainly Maoism as third, new and superior stage.
The people’s war that began in May 1980 constitutes a historical milestone of struggle, has ignited luminous hopes for the construction of the People’s Republic of Peru, has summoned the communists, combatants and masses of Peru to this great epic that will crown its victory with the seizure of power throughout the country and the triumph of the revolution, whatever the circumstances that have to pass and pay. Together with our comrades, in heroic fight, we offer and we will continue to offer our blood and our lives, to maintain the path of the people’s war that leads to the kingdom of eternal harmony, communism, final goal of all humanity.
The class struggle, the heroic struggles of the Peruvian proletariat, in hard struggle have generated Chairman Gonzalo and Gonzalo Thought, which is the creative application of Maoism to the Peruvian revolution; in years of intense, tenacious and incessant struggle to uphold, defend and apply Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, resuming the path of Mariátegui, reconstituting the Party and initiating, maintaining, and developing the people’s war; our leadership [jefatura] with recognized authority and ascendancy.
In Peru, the armed revolution, the working class, as the leading class and the Communist Party as the Party of the working class, that is, our own reality of the revolution, of the class and of the Party have generated Gonzalo Thought, by historical necessity and chance. You can’t conceive Marxism-Leninism-Maoism without Gonzalo Thought, the essence of Gonzalo Thought being the creative application of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism to our reality; the key is the understanding of the process of development of the ideology of the proletariat in its three moments or stages, that of Marx, that of Lenin and that of Chairman Mao Zedong. So, we reiterate, the essential thing is the application of Marxism-Leninism-Maoism as universal truth to the concrete conditions of the Peruvian revolution.
Chairman Gonzalo, a “man of thought and action” [hombre pensante y operante] has endorsed, from the dungeons of this outdated order, his communist spirit, his quality as a teacher of communists, tireless combatant, manifesting: “I am a Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, and I will be one until death.” The theory and ideology of the proletariat have forged us, “the hero reaches his goal bloodied and torn: only at this price he reaches the fullness of his heroism.” And our final sentence: “today like yesterday, no political order can be changed without men determined to resist prison or exile… for a revolutionary, a prison is simply a work accident.”
Chairman Gonzalo, Head [Jefe] of the Party, the First Congress, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought Congress, the Party, the class and the revolution warn us: Fight imperialism, revisionism and reaction inextricably and relentlessly. Fight revisionism as the main danger in the Party and in the national and international class struggle.
Imperialism, whether called American, Russian, or whatever, is a parasite that sucks the blood of the people. We don’t need this parasite; to end this plague, there is only one way, the people’s war. In the not too distant future, when this parasite called imperialism has been swept away from all corners of the earth, when the exploitation of man by man has died, parties, classes, states and wars will have reached their extinction, that is, all instruments of oppression disappeared, the entire humanity will enter the kingdom of Great Harmony, communist society, unalterable final goal of humanity, the kingdom of humanity. The people’s war in Peru is a step forward in this inexorable path that all humanity is traveling and will continue to travel.
Numerous combatants and masses have offered their lives. Many families have seen the lives of young people cut short, whose smile, effort and sacrifice encourage our people. The blood poured out by our heroes will not be in vain, the armed revolution is already bearing fruit, history will put in its pages the price the revolution demands and the life of a communist belongs entirely to the Party. The hour of triumph is not far away, let us transform our tears and pain into a burning cry of war, since the oppressors cannot boast of their perpetuation on the face of the earth. Their time has arrived and we call for this heroic feat as only with the rifle can the world be transformed.
The Communist Party of Peru, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought, the Party of the working class is the standard bearer of our revolution, it is the heroic combatant who will lead us to the inevitable final triumph over the oppressors, the conquest of power throughout Peru and our unalterable goal: communism. “Proletarians of all countries, unite”, armed with your undefeated and all-powerful ideology, Marxism- Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo Thought, constituting or reconstituting Communist Parties, we, your communist children, will not fail you, tested in a thousand battles, by offering our blood and our lives we must complete our journey so that the unfading light of communism may shine upon the earth. The path of the people’s war is open, the people of the world must travel through it, workers, peasants, petty bourgeoisie and even the national bourgeoisie. One path, the people’s war; a single objective, the People’s Republic; a single unalterable goal, communism.
The writer Don Miguel de Unamuno says in one of his poems: “There are eyes that look, there are eyes that Dream, there are eyes that call, there are eyes that wait”, but the eyes of the people look, they dream, they call and wait for the undefeated and all-powerful ideology of the proletariat and they get to work for the People’s Republic of New Democracy, uninterruptedly for Socialism and the final goal of humanity, communism.
We reiterate, once again, our firm commitment to give our lives alongside the masses, creators of everything new and to fight until the last drop of blood in defense of the Party and the revolution. We proclaim from here our decision to fight as children of the party, children of the revolution and, with great honor, children of Chairman Gonzalo.
What we present below is a very brief summary about the process and development of Peruvian society. Although we give you some summary data, our point of view can contribute to a more detailed and in-depth study, as demanded by communist conviction, the life of the Party and the Revolution.

MANIFESTO OF THE PRISONERS OF WAR OF THE SHINING TRENCHES OF COMBAT
Political Prisoners and Prisoners of War of the Party Communist of Peru, we express our greetings and conscious and voluntary subjection to our beloved and respected Chairman Gonzalo, our leadership [jefatura], head [jefe] of the Party and the revolution, the greatest Marxist-Leninist-Maoist living on the face of the earth, becoming the most highest prisoner of war in the world, great philosopher, continuator of Marx, Lenin and Chairman Mao. From this combat trench we join the campaign for the defense of Chairman Gonzalo, a task immediately to defend his health and life in the face of the rigors of prison imposed by the CIA-SIN in the fascist concentration camp of the Callao Naval Base through its navy henchmen; simultaneously the fight for the defense of the Headquarters (Jefatura) and its almighty thought, demarcation, rejection and repudiation before the sinister attacks, infamies and other hoaxes set up by mainly Yankee imperialism, in collusion and conflict with reactionaries and revisionists of all stripes and ilk who seek to discredit him, isolate him and continue in a black dream of murdering him, monstrous plan that has been failing for more than 25 years, since the left in 1992 took on the campaign: In defense of the Headquarters, Against the genocidal Dictatorship! To date they show us that the defense of the Headquarters is a key and decisive issue and its almighty thought Marxism-Leninism-Maoism, Gonzalo Thought, red line of the Party that guarantees its direction and way. Vital for the strengthening and structuring [vertebración] of the left.
Likewise we express our greetings and full and unconditional subjection to our ideology of the proletariat, Marxism- Leninism-Maoism, mainly Maoism for the World Proletarian Revolution and its concrete and creative application almighty Gonzalo Thought of vital importance for the Peruvian revolution. Likewise, we express our greetings and full, voluntary, and unconditional support to our heroic combatant Communist Party of Peru (PCP), war machine, to its system of party leadership that in the middle of the complex and difficult bend has been directing the people’s war, for more than 37 years, persisting in the middle of the storm, overcoming difficulties, overcoming mistakes and limitations, has been fulfilling the pending task: the General Party Reorganization. Its completion will occur, it will be an important milestone in the history of the Party, an example of combat and persistence for the World Proletarian Revolution (WPR) and the validity of Maoism: Everything comes out of the barrel of the rifles. Likewise, we express our greeting, full, conscious and voluntary subjection to all supportive events, to the First Marxist Congress, Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought Congress, everlasting milestone of victory. Son of the Party and the People’s War and sanctioned at its highest level our Base of Party Unity (BUP), foundation that guides all of our action, with its triple content: 1. Ideology: Marxism-Leninism- Maoism, Gonzalo Thought, mainly Gonzalo Thought; 2.The Communist Program and 3.The General Political Line with its center the military line; to the I, II and III Glorious Plenum, historical and transcendental II milestone in the history of the Party, its masterful synthesis the belligerent and resplendent speech of September 24, 1992 of Chairman Gonzalo, our agreement to the work sessions and subsequent agreements issued.
We also express our greeting and conscious and voluntary subjection to the invincible people’s war, a great epic that has been maintained for more than 37 years, persists and fights against all odds, crushing the sinister counter-subversive war that under the mandate, direction and execution of its Yankee mercenaries develop their low-intensity war strategy (GBI), the crushing of their genocidal campaigns of encirclement and annihilation by keeping the red flag high in the glorious and heroic Vizcatan as a vortex of red power that radiates to the entire Main Regional Committee (CRP), the country and the world, fills us with communist joy and calls us to sweep away our problems and vigorously fulfill party tasks.
Finally we express our greetings to the Iron Legions of Gonzalo, to the People’s Liberation Army (EPL), to the heroic and combative fighters, to the masses organized in the new power, to the masses who support us, sympathizers, and to the heroic Peruvian people who, with their daily fight and struggle, call us to fulfill our daily work better.
With these introductory greetings that reflect our position on fundamental issues, we go on to point out that the document “conversations with C. Laura” has recently come into our hands, we have read it very carefully, we have not yet had time to study it in all our ranks. In general terms, the context of the fascist concentration camps, converted into human warehouses where the overexploitation and overcrowding amid reaction colluding with thugs [los taytas] they move under corruption imposing reactionary-feudal discipline to live on the shoulders of the prisoners and their relatives, impose their networks of snitches, codes and repentants, where any claim [reclamo] is considered dangerous to the status quo and is considered unacceptable, that is, taking out the Taytas to impose themselves, that is why political activity is allowed to those of Movadef “because they are for dialogue” or those of the Quispe clan “for being armed.” We do not exist and if someone demonstrates [se manifiesta] they are identified quickly to the reaction.
In the midst of this, our work, we reiterate, we have read the document with great attention, with deep class feeling and it filled us with much communist joy, even more so with great responsibility in the struggle.
First of all: “The bird sings seeking the echo of its fellows”, the conversations document is fundamentally Gonzalo Thought, and comrade Laura, forge and creation of Chairman Gonzalo clearly and precisely, explains the process to us, current situation of the Party, the people’s war and its perspective, filling us with optimism and warming our souls.
The revisionist and capitulationist right opportunistic line (LOD) led to the delivery of the leadership [la jefatura] in collusion with the CIA-GEIN, set up the sinister counterrevolutionary hoax of the CIA-SIN “peace letters”, they dismantled party apparatuses, handed over and murdered comrades of the left, handed over weapons and placed the New Power at the mercy of the genocidal enemy for its mad bombings, led to repentance and denial, usurped various committees to abandon the path of the Marxist-Leninist-Maoist, Gonzalo Thought people’s war, and become mercenaries at the service of the highest bidder. But just like the death of Mariátegui, with the arrest of the Headquarters [la Jefatura], unleashed and continues to unleash a counterrevolutionary campaign to abandon Gonzalo Thought. Chairman Gonzalo teaches us: “The essence and substance of Gonzalo Thought is in the General Political Line” and if they “pull against the line, they are attacking the Congress, they have already flown away” and even more so, it emphasizes the moment in which we operate “we are between Congress and the Conquest of Power in The Whole Country” (CPTP).
The difficult and complex bend became a dispersion on the left, various committees and bases were fighting to maintain ourselves, recompose ourselves and strive to reorganize ourselves in the middle of the people’s war, sometimes in isolation, sometimes in convergence with other comrades, sometimes setting up a project where mistakes are not overcome that force us back to the beginning, to start from the beginning, fighting the sinister capitulationism, pessimism and repercussion of the ideological dynamics of the enemy that “the Party is destroyed and the people’s war defeated”, we fought against it daily, but confident and with revolutionary faith, that comrades with varying degrees of development followed a similar path, and if in the last case we were the few, battles would require greater effort and time. From there the transcendental importance of “the bird singing” the eagle is present and summons us to fight to fulfill our daily work, to carry out our party tasks.
Comrade Laura, the solidity with which you ground yourself in Gonzalo Thought, even taking data from the reactionary forces and resorting to history, it brings us closer to the forging of Gonzalo Thought, enhances the red in our souls. The structuring and unity of the left corresponds around the fraction that emerges in the CRP in the face of the usurpation of the rat José.
Chairman Gonzalo taught us: Just as we had to crush and to sweep a lod [right opportunist line] for ILA-80 [Initiation of Armed Struggle-1980] there was a need for a red fraction. Likewise for CPTP [Conquest of Power in the Whole Country] there will be a need for a red fraction, that is a law. Currently all comrades, combatants and masses close ranks firmly around Comrade Laura and the other comrades, combatants and masses who in arduous, hard, tenacious two line struggle (l2l), firmly wielding Gonzalo Thought and with rifles in their hands are fighting the revisionist usurpation of the CRP and the current leadership. Lenin already taught us with the usurpation of the Mensheviks, “What, where is the Party? The Party is on the left, in those who maintain the principles, the line. Where is the Party? In the forge of Chairman Gonzalo, in its workmanship, in those who steeled with Gonzalo Thought show his temper in words and actions, and this is reflected in his highest expression, comrade Laura and the contingent that battles in this tenacious historical and transcendental two line struggle of importance for the Peruvian Revolution and the World Proletarian Revolution.
Secondly: a few months ago we were sent a report, of which we express our agreement: “Under the guidance of the Congress, General Reorganization of the Party in the midst of the people’s war!” Because we consider it correct and fair, since as is also pointed out, only by taking from the Headquarters [la Jefatura] and Gonzalo Thought, developing a firm and sagacious two-line struggle (L2L) to keep the Party red we can advance in the people’s war and steadily maintain its course. The new revisionism of all kinds whether lod [Right Opportunist Line]… headed by the rat Miriam or what we consider the left opportunist line (LOI) headed by the mercenary rat José, aim to deny the First Congress, the former calling for their “II congress” that will never materialize or they will carry out their denial with the stroke of a pen. The essentials of the I Congress: the Base of Party Unity (BUP) and as justly and correctly pointed out the Party, BUP foundation that guides all our action and obviously how Chairman Gonzalo carried out the reorganization of various committees with the Congress and gave a leap in the development of party work and the people’s war.
Around this we also close ranks, we unite, we show solidarity in the struggle that comrade Laura has been carrying out and the entire left with the people’s war, wielding the BUP, Gonzalo thought which in essence is: people’s war until communism, have been imposing in the Main Regional Committee (CRP) of the Party as part of the General Reorganization of the Party. Step by step, solid foundations are being laid, preparing for a leap in party work and the development of the people’s war. Already the masses who visit us from the area point out to us with hope and optimism the new winds. In a context of crisis and collapse of mainly Yankee imperialism, within the third moment of crisis in contemporary Peruvian society (SPC) general and destruction of bureaucratic capitalism (KB) and, as declared Chairman Gonzalo and the PCP, in the second half of each decade its crisis of bureaucratic capitalism worsens and it is in that situation that the fascist, genocidal and country-selling regime that today is headed by the Yankee Kuczynski sinks and will sink in the middle of his strong contradictions and factional strife of the big bourgeoisie and groups that swarm within it, the people’s movement and its growing rejection of the prevailing system they seek to tie it to the electoral voter of the next regional and municipal elections precisely for October 7, the anniversary of the PCP, the fight is agreed upon, they with their bureaucratic path of oppression and exploitation and it is up to us to develop the democratic path as a people’s path of liberation, path of emancipation, of sweeping away the three mountains that we concretize today, wielding our BUP foundation that guides our action, promote the general reorganization of the Party, having as priority the work of the left in the CRP, so we closed ranks tightly around comrade Laura and the contingent that fights at her side, because the L2L [two line struggle] developed there is of vital importance and historical significance for the Peruvian revolution and the World Proletarian Revolution, all in the middle of the people’s war. The victory that will necessarily be achieved will be a ringing bell [campanazo] for the development of the people’s war and will promote the development of the new great revolutionary wave commanded by Maoism unavoidably and inseparably linked to the Campaign for the Defense of our beloved and respected Chairman Gonzalo, our leadership [jefatura], Head of the Party and the Revolution, delivering our own lives.
