Actions and Statements Against Operation Kagaar

Following the call for actions issued by Forum Against Corporatization and Militarization (FACAM) for this 28th of March, several statements and actions have been made across the world. We share some of the reports published.
In India, the Forum Against Corporatization and Militarization (FACAM) has announced that a webinar on imperialist loot and Operation Kagaar will take place on the 31st of March at 18:30. The seminar will be attended by Ka Murali, among others.

Mural Newspaper in Mexico has joined in the International Day of Action called by the FACAM against “Operation Kagaar” and in support of the People’s War in India. They have shared an excerpt from the call by FACAM for international action, including a call from Current of the People Red Sun and from the Promoting Committee of the Anti-imperialist League (Mexico).
The People’s Women’s Movement (MFP) from Brazil published a statement supporting the International Day of Action against Operation Kagaar in India. They also published an article that was recently published in the Nova Aurora magazine on women in the Indian revolution.
The International Indigenous Peoples’ Movement for Self Determination and Liberation (IPMSDL) carried out a mobilization in the Philippines.

The International League of Peoples’ Struggle (ILPS) published a statement denouncing Operation Kagaar and the Hindutva-Fascist Modi regime.
Revolutionary Student-Youth Movement of Bangladesh have called for a demonstration organized by Protest Committee Against Maoist and Tribal Genocide in India.
People’s Democratic Students Unity (PDSU) from Bangladesh supported the mobilizations on the 28th of March against Operation Kagaar.
In The Hague, Netherlands, anti-imperialist revolutionary forces held a joint protest, marching to the Indian Consulate where speeches condemning the fascist Modi regime and calling for an end to the imperialist-backed attacks and crimes against the Indian people. Partizan, the Communist Committee of the Netherlands, the International League of People’s Struggle (ILPS), the Maya Solidarity Committee, and the Rotterdam Front for Liberationparticipated in the demonstration, and Anti-imperialist League (AIL) flags were also present. On March 28th, Red Action in Finland carried out actions against operation Kagaar in Turku and in Tampere. In Turku, a speech was held denouncing the old Indian State’s Operation Kagaar, and the Finnish role in the exploitation of India. Slogans such as “Down with operation Kagaar! Long live the Indian revolution!” were chanted as well. In Tampere, leaflets were distributed.


Anti-imperialist Collective in Finland hung posters denouncing operation Kagaar and celebrating the resistance of the Indian people. They call attention to the international solidarity campaign called by FACAM. They also invite to a discussion meeting on Sunday the 29th at 17:00 in Artteli, Mustankahdenkatu 22.

A joint statement has been published by Action for the Democratic Rights of the People (ADRV) in Austria, denouncing operation Kagaar and declaring support for the international solidarity campaign called by FACAM.
