We hereby share an unofficial translation of an article published by Yeni Demokrasi on May 20.
Prisoner Ünal Yiğit, who did not want to be in the same corridor as ISIS members, has been banned from receiving visitations.
Political prisoners in Adana F Type Closed Prison, unwilling to share a corridor with ISIS members, have begun a protest by banging on doors and chanting slogans.
Imprisoned Partizan Ünal Yiğit has been given a visitation ban until July on the grounds that he participated in these actions.
While communication between political prisoners, who are placed in different corridors, is prevented, ISIS members are kept in the same corridor as the political prisoners. The political prisoners had launched a protest demanding that their cells be moved.
The prison administration launched an investigation into the prisoners who participated in the protest and imposed a visitation ban on Ünal Yiğit.
