A report was recently prepared for the Congress of the United States, using information from the Pentagon, the US Central Command (CENTCOM) and defense. The report identified at least 42 aircraft losses during the Yankee imperialist war of aggression on Iran. This reports raises more questions and doubts about the losses that were acknowledged by Yankee imperialism and the State of Israel in the aggression against Iran.

Among the losses, there are advanced jet fighters, such as four F-15E Strike Eagle, one F-35A Lightning II, and other very valuable aircraft, such as one A-10 Thunderbolt II, seven KC-135 Stratotanker refueling aircraft and an E-3 Sentry airborne warning aircraft. The fact that 24 MQ-9 Reaper drones were shot down also stands out. These figures might increase as this report remains subject to revision. Some of these losses were due to friendly fire, and some of the units have been damaged and not destroyed.

The costs associated with these losses could exceed $7 billion. There are also some likely difficulties to replace or repair some of these units, as some production lines or replacement programs are not available anymore.

These figures, which acknowledge very few casualties, have put the reports presented during the war by Yankee imperialism and its lackey, Israel, into question. These reports have been also repeatedly contested by Iran.
