Mexico: Massive Marches and Clashes for the Access to the Azteca Stadium

The Front of the People – Red Sun posts daily on its social media accounts pictures of the marches it participates in and the actions it is carrying out, as well as updates on the strike led by the CNTE. Numerous demonstrations have been organized against the 2026 FIFA World Cup, during which Red Sun activists have unfurled banners that have appeared in media outlets around the world and marched alongside thousands of Mexicans against the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Red Sun activists have also distributed leaflets on a large scale, handed out copies of the Mural Newspaper, and painted graffiti and carried out other forms of agitation.

Protesters clashed with the police in an attempt to access the Azteca Stadium and disrupt the opening ceremony and match of the World Cup.
