Norway – Kampkomiteen: Demonstrations Against the Yankee Blockade on Cuba

In Oslo and Kristiansand, Norway, Kampkomiteen participated along with several other organization in demonstrations against the ongoing blockade of Yankee imperialism on Cuba.
In Oslo, Kampkomiteen participated, along with the Peace and Justice Party (FOR) and the Cuba Association, in a demonstration organized by the Communist Party of Norway (NKP) in front of the US embassy. Speeches condemned the Yankee imperialist blockade of Cuba, as well as their attacks on Iran, Palestine, Venezuela and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and slogans such as «Cuba yes, blockade no!», «The people, united, will never be defeated!» and «Hands off Cuba!» were chanted during the demonstration.
On the 11th of June in Kristiansand, the Latin America Groups organized a solidarity rally in which Kampkomiteen, Socialist Youth, FOR, the Red Party and NKP participated. Speeches were held expressing solidarity with the Cuban people and condemned the US blockade, their military threats and US imperialism in general.
