The Yankee Imperialist War of Aggression on Iran – Day 12

On the 12th day in the war of aggression on Iran, Yankee imperialism and Israel continues their criminal aggression in the region. Imperialist powers of Europeare now further involving themselves in the war, as British imperialismis now actively allowing the US the use of their military bases for operations. Iran is continuing to defend itselfwith retaliatory drone and missile attacks on US and Israeli positions in the region, and hasnow launched wave 37 of “Operation True Promise”.

The death toll among Iranian civilians have surpassed 1,300 murdered, according to Tehran’s ambassador to the United Nations. Furthermore, 9,669 civilian sites have been destroyed or damaged in the ongoing war of aggression. The figure includes 7,943 residential homes, 1,617 commercial and service centers, 32 medical and pharmaceutical facilities, 65 schools and educational institutions, 13 Red Crescent buildings and multiple energy supply installations.

In a phone call with the news website Axios, Donald Trump reveals the Yankee imperialist intentions to subjugateIran, saying about the appointment of a new leaderthat “they are wasting their time. I have to be involved in the appointment, like with Delcy [Rodriguez] in Venezuela,”.

The International Energy Agency (IEA) announced that member countries have agreed to release 400 million barrels of oil from their reserves in an attempt to lower the soaring prices of oil due to the war of aggression on Iran, causing the price in oil to drop by about 2 USD to the current 84 USD per barrel.

After threatening yesterday to unleash “death, fire and fury” on Iran over the block of the strait of Hormuz, US Central Command claims to have sunk 16 Iranian mine-laying vessels used in operations in the strait.

In an escalation of the imperialist powers of Europe’sinvolvement in the war of aggression, three US B-1 bombers were seenflying back to RAF Fairford in Gloucestershire this morning. This marks the first bombing run conducted by the US Airforce using a British airbase since the start of the war, and falls in line with the past week deployment of frigates in a “defensive operation” to Cyprus, byFrance, Netherlands, Spain and Italy.

Three ships were struck by unknown projectiles trying to traverse the strait of Hormuz, sustaining damage. One of the ships, identified by the Thai navy as a Thai bulk carrier, caught fire and had its crew evacuated.

This comes after a statement from the military’s central operational command, Khatam Al-Anbiya, stating “Any vessel whose oil cargo or the vessel itself belongs to the United States, the Zionist regime or their hostile allies will be considered legitimate targets,” reiterating that Iran’s armed forces “will not allow a single liter of oil to transit” through the strait.

Iran has launched its 37thwaveof “Operation True Promise”, allegedly the “heaviest missile barrage yet”, lasting over three hours. Israeli media reported that air raid sirens sounded across central Israel, including the Tel Aviv area, after the launch of the operation, and big explosions were reported in the city. Pentagon have now also acknowledgedthat at least 140 US soldiers have so far been wounded.

In an Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) statementit was said that “military bases in the northern occupied territories, specifically the Ramat David Airbase, the airport in Haifa, and the Israeli military’s missile launchers, were struck by powerful Iranian missiles”

A drone strike hit the US diplomatic support center in Baghdad, a major logistical facility used by American diplomats near Iraqi military installations and Baghdad International Airport.

Iran’s main military operations commandstated that “The terrorist US army and the murderous Zionist regime targeted a bank in Iran last night”, and that this opens up for the retaliatory strikes againstfinancial infrastructure, warning civilians to keep a safe distance of a 1km radius of US and Israeli banks in the region.

The death toll from ongoing Israeli bombardment across Lebanonhas risen to 570 people murdered and 1,444 wounded, and Lebanese authorities says that759,300 people had been registered as displaced, with 122,600 staying in shelters.

In Lebanon, Hezbollahreported additional rocket attacks targeting Israeli troop concentrations near the southern town of Khiam and other border areas.

The Islamic Resistance in Iraq says in a statement that it has carried out 291 military operations over the past 12 days, alleging that 13 American soldiers were eliminated and dozens more wounded.
