Thousands of people joined the march from Taksim to Dolmabahçe in Istanbul, in solidarity with the Palestinian people and for the 3rd anniversary of the Al-Aqsa flood, answering a call from the Palestinian Action Committee. The protesters carried flags of Palestine and held signs and shouted chats celebrating the resistance and denouncing Israel’s attacks.

Partizan and YDG readers took their places behind the International Anti-Imperialist League (AIL) banner, which reads: Anti-imperialists of the World, Unite! Members of Partizan and the New Democratic Youth (YDG) delivered speeches throughout the march, exposing imperialist and Zionist attacks and saluting the struggle of Palestine and the resisting peoples. Slogans such as: “Imperialism Will Be Defeated, Resisting Peoples Will Win,” “Freedom for Palestine Will Come Through People’s War,” and “A Thousand Greetings to Those Who Fall and Fight in Palestine,” along with slogans in Arabic and English were chanted.
