Turkey – Yeni Demokrasi: Diyar Sarıkuş and Sevil Doğan will appear before a judge for the first time tomorrow

Partizan reader Diyar Sarıkuş and Sevil Doğan, a member of the Munzur Environmental Association’s Board of Directors, will appear in court for the first time tomorrow.
The first hearing in the case against Diyar Sarıkuş and Sevil Doğan, who were arrested on
1st of May, on charges of “membership in an organization” will take place tomorrow (October 9).
Sarıkuş, who is being held at Marmara No. 6 L-Type Prison, and Doğan, who is being held at the Bakırköy Women’s Closed Prison, are expected to appear before the judge at 9:30 a.m. at the Istanbul 24th High Criminal Court in the Çağlayan Courthouse to make their initial defenses.
