Partizan readers were detained on May 18

The democratic newspaper Yeni Demokrasi reports that the Turkish State’s attacks on Partizan readers continued on May 18, the day Communist Leader İbrahim Kaypakkaya was murdered.

2 Partizan readers were reportedly detained in Sarıgazi and Pendik, Istanbul, and taken to the district police stations. It was also reported that the police called Partizan readers, harrased them and ordered them to the police station.
