Peoples of the world stand for Palestine

Palestine is continuously confronting the genocide committed by Israel. The number of murdered Palestinians in Gaza is 40,334; additionally there are 93,356 injured people. According to Civil Defense Palestine, around 10,000 Palestinians more are still under the ruble.
The support to Palestine by the peoples of the world keeps firm, as well the rejection of the State of Israel and the role of its Yankee imperialist masters. There are many actions reported.
From Lebanon Hezbollah keeps attacking Israeli military positions and settlements. Just yesterday Hezbollah launched more than 100 rockets and carried out 15 military operations against Israeli positions.

In Yemen, Ansarallah (the organization know as the ‘Houthies’) keeps carrying out actions against ships linked to imperialism and the State of Israel. Recently two ships at the Gulf of Aden have been targeted. Yesterday the spokesperson of the Yemeni Armed Forces released a video in social media of one of the very successful attacks: one of the ships was an oil tanker with Greek flag. This ship received a direct impact and was destroyed, causing a big fire.

The Islamic Resistance of Iraq has targeted several Israeli positions. Among them the port of Eilat has been attacked with several drones. Also Israeli military positions in the occupied Golan Heights have been targeted with drones.

In Brasilia, capital of Brazil, the Solidarity Committee with Palestine has carried out a demonstration and distributed thousand leaflets. Meanwhile the distribution was being done, students carried out a demonstration and raised a banner with the message “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free!.

In Mexico there were rallies against the Swiss monopoly Glencore, which is a main supplier of power to Israel. The protesters demanded Glencore to leave Palestine and Latin America:

In Finland last Saturday August 17 was a nationwide day of action against the genocide perpetrated by Israel. In Tampere a demonstration took place.

In Helsinki a demonstration was carried out. Besides chanting slogans and distributing leaflets, the important of a broad anti-imperialist struggle was emphasized and the activists invited the protesters to join the Anti-Imperialist League.

In Turku a traditional anti-fascist demonstration was carried out. Around 200 people attended and during the march there was a pro-Palestinian bloc chanting slogans against Zionism and demanding to the Finnish State to break its ties with Israel.

In Bochum, Germany, the Palestine Open Meeting has carried out its Second day of the Palestinian Culture, which was attended by more than 80 participants, who spent the afternoon sharing lectures, enjoying good food and making cultural contributions. Activists from the Red League and from the League of the Revolutionary Youth attended and held an informative table.
