Yeni Demokrasi: Our reporter Ertan Çıta and MÇD member Özkan Arslan were detained in Dersim

Our reporter Ertan Çıta, who was reporting about the trustee protests in Dersim, was detained at his home.

Apart from our reporter, MÇD (Munzur Environmental Association) member Özkan Arslan was also detained at his home. The reasons for Çıta and Arslan’s detention are supposed to be “resisting the police”.

At the same time in Dersim, former DEM Party Dersim Provincial Manager Özcan Ateş, DEM Party Dersim Provincial Manager Çağdaş Bağaç and DEM Party Dersim Municipality Council Member Volkan Toka were also detained.
