
Georges Abdallah: Court’s Ruling Delayed until July 17
Yesterday the Fédération Syndicale Étudiante (FSE) and the Unitary Campaign for the Liberation of Georges Ibrahim Abdallah (CUPLGIA) reported that the French courts will not announce their decision regarding the freedom of Georges Abdallah until July 17:
This is yet another delay by the French courts, in an attempt by the French State to demoralize, demobilize, and prolong the repression against this revolutionary prisoner and the pro-Palestinian movement. However, there have been previous attempts, such as when the decision was supposed to be announced on February 20, but it was postponed until yesterday, June 19:
The response from Georges Ibrahim Abdallah himself and the entire movement in solidarity with his cause was unanimous: the struggle and the determination to continue until victory.
