Italy – SOLIDARITY WITH THE CARC PARTY

We hereby share an unofficial translation of a solidarity note issued by Per la Democrazia Popolare on April 21.

We express our solidarity with the CARC Party for the searches underway today, April 21, and for the proposed challenge to Article 270-bis [Translator’s note: article of the Criminal Code, which addresses the so-called “subversive association”]. This is yet another repressive operation against opposition forces fighting against the Meloni government and against imperialist companies and wars. It is necessary to build a broad mobilization against the ongoing process of fascism and against the political forces in power, including those of the so-called “center-left” who have helped promote and fuel it for decades.
