We hereby share an unofficial translation of a note from Mural Newspaper published on the 4th of June.
In the context of the national strike called by the CNTE on June 1st and the popular movement’s call to boycott the World Cup in our country; Mural Newspaper stands in solidarity with the just demands of all sectors in struggle, and in echoing the call for a boycott, we share the following video that has reached our editorial office, highlighting the fighting spirit of the democratic teachers’ movement and the organizations participating in the strike.
