The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) has acknowledged that at least 154 officers and soldiers have suffered injuries in the invasion of southern Lebanon in the last week, bringing the total number of wounded to 565 since the start of the new Israeli aggression on Lebanon in the beginning of March. So far the Israeli military has acknowledged the death of 13 soldiers.

The Lebanese Resistance combatants continue to carry out defensive operations against the Israeli invader, recently reporting dozens of operations targeting troop gatherings, military positions, and command centers using coordinated drone swarms and rocket barrages.

Targets included Israeli troop concentrations in Misgav Am, Shomera, Kfar Giladi, Naqoura, and Zar’it, as well as strikes on barracks and command facilities in Kiryat Shmona and Margaliot.

The invasion is increasingly drawing criticism even from former military officials, with the former head of the Israeli National Security Council describing the continuation of the war as a “stupid act,” and saying the burden placed on the army exceeds its operational capacity.
