Resistance Continues in the Middle East

Iranian forces have continued to resist the Yankee war of aggression around the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, and Ansar Allah has captured strategically important positions along Yemen’s Red Sea coast.
On September 9, Iran widened its campaign against US forces. Iranian missiles were fired at Muwaffaq Salti Air Base in Jordan, where US aircraft are stationed. Reports said that approximately eight F-15 fighter jets sustained damage and that an A-10 aircraft was also hit and sustained damage to one wing. In addition the missile strike caused damage to the base and two US Navy destroyers were targeted. US forces reportedly fired more than 30 Patriot interceptors in response.
Iran also continued to target commercial shipping in the Strait of Hormuz and the Gulf of Oman. Iranian officials have stated that by disrupting shipping, Iran is raising the price of the war for US and its lackeys.
The Ansar Allah has opened an increasingly important front. On September 8, Ansar Allah launched a large wave of ballistic-missile and drone attacks against southern Saudi Arabia. The attacks targeted sites in Abha, Jazan, Najran and Khamis Mushait, including energy facilities, industrial infrastructure and King Khalid Air Base. Saudi officials said at least 73 people were wounded, while fires broke out at several oil facilities and utilities. Ansar Allah military spokesman Yahya Saree stated the attacks were a retaliation for Saudi actions in Yemen and warned that further attacks would follow if the aggression continues.
On September 10, Ansar Allah captured the Red Sea port city of al-Mokha, a strategically important location roughly 50 miles north of Bab al-Mandeb.
On September 11, reports said Ansar Allah had also seized the strategic Mayyun Island, located in the center of the Bab al-Mandeb Strait, which “completed their control over the Bab al-Mandeb Strait,” as stated by Yemeni officials. Yemeni officials further reported that Ansar Allah forces had taken Dhubab, a coastal town near the strait, and were besieging government troops on the Hanish Islands.
On the same day, Saudi Arabia shut down its East–West oil pipeline after strikes in the Riyadh and Madinah regions, but responsibility for the incident remains unconfirmed.
Meanwhile, as Israeli ceasefire violations enter their 338th day in Gaza, the attacks against Palestine and Lebanon have continued to meet resistance. Hezbollah has struggled against Israeli forces over the Ali al-Taher ridge in southern Lebanon and continued launching drone attacks.
In addition other forces in the Middle East, such as Iraqi militias have made attacks and threats against US, Israeli, and Gulf targets.
