Ecuador: Today we commemorate two years since the murder of Chairman Gonzalo

Much has happened in the world, both in the field of reaction and in the class and the people.

The international proletariat has taken giant leaps; for example, establishing the International Communist League; sustain the People’s War in the Philippines, Turkey, India and Peru; Furthermore, the strengthening and consolidation of several Marxist-Leninist-Maoist parties, and many that, like ours, have embraced and put forward Gonzalo thought as a quantitative leap in Marxism-Leninism-Maoism.

We celebrate the life of Chairman Gonzalo; all the efforts and struggles to develop the People’s War in Peru and, from its beginnings, to have put it at the service of the World Proletarian Revolution. We celebrate his contribution to Marxism-Leninism-Maoism and his determined struggle to uphold the principles of the international proletariat until his last breath.

Chairman Gonzalo has left us an immeasurable legacy. His long revolutionary work, his successes, his battles won, the main one, to death, because his life transcends in every struggle unleashed by the international proletariat, in every victory wrested from imperialism and the ruling classes, he opened the way for us to direct all our efforts, our lives to the only possible cause that the proletariat and the oppressed peoples of the world have: the conquest of Power by People’s War.

In his name and everything he represents for the international proletariat, we swear to never lower the flags. Do not capitulate, do not kneel, correct what we must correct, strengthen those that bring us closer to the heights, in the end we have nothing to lose, except our chains, however, we have a world to win.
