Kenya: Booker Ngesa Omole Released on Bail

Booker Ngesa Omole, general secretary of the Communist Party Marxist of Kenya (CPM-K) was brought today to the court for the second time for his bail hearing.

The court ruled to release him on bail only if bonds are payed. CPM-K condemned this, stating: “This is not justice. It is punishment by poverty”.
