Critical Security Update in WordPress

WordPress has announced a critical vulnerability in the security system. It is very important that all users update their WordPress version as soon as possible.

Several users and teams have reported that with the latest version of WordPress, an SQL injection and a REST API batch route confusion can be made. This means that an attacker could potentially: 1) get access to the accounts or unauthorized areas, 2) steal user, setting and content data for a possible repressive attack and, 3) in the worst case, the attacker could execute a remote code and therefore modify or take control of the webpage.

These vulnerabilities are resolved with the latest update of WordPress, which is why it is important to implement it as soon as possible and, in general, to keep updated the webpage to get the security patches as soon as possible.
