The World is shocked. Inter-imperialist conflicts and contradictions are sharpening. Colonialist wars of new type are at the order of the day. However, the people’s struggles for their definitive emancipation have also taken an important course. The last counteroffensive of the resistance in the Gaza Strip reflects the irrevocable decision of the people to fight against their oppressors. Furthermore, since their apparent “inability” to resist Israel’s military machine, they have managed to put in a difficult situation the criminal Zionism that, like a wounded beast, has attacked blindly and viciously the population in the Gaza Strip, and not only that, the resistance has exposed – once again – the weakness of imperialism and Zionism: giants with feet of clay. As Chairman Mao upheld, “In appearance it is very powerful but in reality it is nothing to be afraid of, it is a paper tiger. Outwardly a tiger, it is made of paper, unable to withstand the wind and the rain”. They will never be able to resist or neutralize the indomitable will of the oppressed peoples of the world.

While the world develops in that order, in our country massacres persist, both on criminals and on the poor masses. The repressive apparatuses that, due to their class condition, are reactionary and anti-popular, are now drowning in corruption. They are servile, not only to the old State, but also to the different criminal groups linked to drug trafficking.

Likewise, hidden in the shadows of the institutional crisis that afflicts the old bureaucratic-landlord State, the government of the comprador bourgeoisie “opens the doors” to the penetration of operational forces of Yankee imperialism and the Mossad into national territory.

Meanwhile, the masses are experiencing an economic crisis, unemployment, violence, job insecurity and all the evils inherent to imperialist decadence and the bankruptcy of bureaucratic capitalism.

In the midst of all this social maelstrom where the bourgeoisie tries to resolve its contradictions using the blood of the people, elections and media manipulation of the masses. It is up to us, the proletariat, the workers, poor peasants and other exploited masses, to resolve other contradictions, such as the one between nation-imperialism. big bourgeoisie-workers. masses-feudality. However, we must understand that now, facing the second electoral round where the executioner and his team that will oppress us, deceive us and govern for a little more than a year and a half will be chosen, we must assume a correct position in this regard.

These elections are important for imperialism. The crisis in Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, mainly, reflects the need to better position ourselves in our country to promote its economic, social and strategic recovery. For sure we are a country that wants to be devoured by imperialism!

If Noboa wins, he has a paved avenue so he can fulfill his purposes. If González wins, too, not because his speech is national, democratic and other nonsense, they will stop being servile to imperialism. So, we are the hammer and the anvil that, regardless of their shape and the color of their hammer, are going to hit us, are going to cause us damage, pain, are going to sever us.

Behind all this are the classic actors who have defended and supported either of these two factions of the big bourgeoisie. Those who support the comprador bourgeoisie are the same as always, the most reactionary, the bankers, importers, corrupts, fatherland sellers, shameless people. They have a virtue, they go straight ahead, without euphemisms. Those who support the bureaucratic bourgeoisie are also the same as always. That faction of the big bourgeoisie that needs to be close to or within the state apparatus to reproduce itself economically and politically, with the support of sold-out union, popular and indigenous leaders, who sit at the table waiting for the new leaders to throw them a plate of beans and below give them any alms to keep them happy. These come in disguise, with clothes of different colors, with lies, with revolutionary speeches. It is shown as wolves in sheep’s clothing. They talk about revolution and anti-imperialism.

So much pain in our villages, so much anguish among the oppressed peoples and nations and we are here, trapped and ambushed by political violence and electoral farce, the clearest and most deceptive expression of the old democratic system of the State, thinking that with them we will be able to leave behind the critical levels of social impoverishment that we have reached.

We cannot alienate ourselves with any of the fractions of the big bourgeoisie. We cannot continue to be pushed by revisionism and opportunism that, like devils in the night, whisper in our ears: “vote for him, for the other, vote null, or let’s wait until 2025 so that we can consolidate our electoral proposal so that there are votes for us”. No, we cannot and should not fall into that game, into that vile lie, ruin, a true farce. We should not vote, it is the right thing to do, we must resist these meager and lying electoral processes. The elections must be boycotted, because they serve imperialism of all type and the ruling classes of the country. Not because certain leaders who wear hats, ponchos or show themselves as representatives of the workers, peasants or poor masses, in general, call us with empty talk to participate in electoral shame, does it mean that this is the correct path. No!, that is the bureaucratic path, which deceives us, which traps us into the constitutionalist game, which deceives us, corporatizes us and takes away our revolutionary horizon. Not voting is walking the democratic path, of the people, of organization, of combat and resistance. It is the path of revolution, a purpose that has become a condition that determines whether to live or die, that we survive as a country or end up as a new colony of imperialism. Fundamental problems that are definitely not resolved in ballot boxes.

They are taking everything from us, natural resources, work force, dignity, territory, sovereignty, joy and even hope. Dozens of compatriots die in the attempt to reach other countries where they can moderately survive in difficult conditions. Exploited and ethnically segregated. At this point we must ask ourselves, what do we have to lose? It is obvious, nothing, except everything that oppresses, exploits and massacres us. We must shore up the conditions to unleash the revolution of New Democracy, that’s all, the rest?, talk, more tricks, more talk from merchants, bankers, landowners or opportunists who hide behind red flags and struggles of the people. We have nothing to lose, but we have a world to win. Let’s go for it, or we will succumb. There are no other alternatives: revolution, or death!
