Actions for the International Campaign for the 130 years of the birth of Chairman Mao
Since the last time we reported on it, we have received more actions for the 130 years of the birth of Chairman Mao from Turkey, Mexico, Colombia, Austria and the US.
In Turkey, Partizan and New Democratic Youth (Yeni Demokrat Gençlik) hung up posters in Istanbul’s districts of Şişli and Kadıköy on the 130th anniversary of the birth of Mao Tse-tung.

In Okmeydanı, a neighborhood in Istanbul, a banner with the slogan “130 years of Mao Tse-tung” was hung up by Partizan readers.

In Mexico, communitarian workshops were done in towns and villages were the “seed of people’s power is developing” as Periódico Mural says “this means that there are communities that are characterized by having Self-determination, Self-government and Self-defense as the three fundamental criteria for the liberation of the territories and the army of the New Power”.
People of all ages participated in the workshop. For example, the kids, together with the democratic teachers, made a wall painting celebrating the 130years of Chairman Mao. Dazibaos were also made. In those, the people show their concerns and needs of their community to show the correct ideas that arise among the people.
Periódico Mural also highlights that every ranch meetinghas assumed the objectives of the ongoing Rectification Campaign to combat wrong ideas, strengthen structures and prepare for the class struggle.
Together with this, there was important presentations on the LCRA and its tasks, as well as the study session of “The peasant problem and the revolution”, by PCP.
In Colombia, an action on the 130th anniversary of Chairman Mao was done
In Austria, more posters were hung up.
In Columbus, USA, posters on the 130 years of Chairman Mao were hung up by the revolutionary youth.
