PROLETARIAT AND POOR PEASANTS FROM ECUADOR CONDEMN THE “OPERATION KAGAAR” IN INDIA

Hereby we publish an unofficial translation of a statement published by Front for the Defense of the Struggles of the People in Ecuador.

The bourgeois-big landlord regime of India and its military and paramilitary apparatuses have unleashed the “Operation Kagaar”, counterrevolutionary campaign, which aims, by using the most execrable and abject means, to neutralize the CPI (Maoist) and to stop the advances of the People’s War.

Additionally to these objectives, the reactionary State of India, loosed the reins of the feudal big landlords, who by blood and fire, want to take over the indigenous territories, under the pretext that Maoist guerrillas are operating in those areas. Imperialism and reaction wants everything and at any price!

All of these actions express the weakness, and at the same time, the urgency which has the old bureaucratic State of India to counteract what, at this point, is inevitable: the advance and triumph of the people’s war, which, by the way, never will forget the executioners of the people.

The proletariat and the people of Ecuador join the campaign against the “Operation Kagaar” with a series of graffiti, put up of posters and talks which contribute to the condemnation of the Indian State, to the solidarity with the peasant masses of India and make alive the struggle of the indigenous people, peasants and poor masses who are the ones who underpin the people’s war and its unstoppable triumph.
