Ongoing and continuous genocidal attacks by Israel in Palestine

While Israeli State is increasing its attacks in Lebanon, the official death toll in Gaza has risen to 41,788 people, including at least 16,500 children, while in West Bank at least 723 people have been murdered, including more than 160 children since the conduction of Al Aqsa Flood. Past week, the Israelis wreaked several massacres of the Palestinian civilian population by especially bombing refugee camps.

Airstrikes in the night from Monday to Tuesday murdered at least 13 people in Nuseirat refugee camp, seven in former Shujayea School, giving shelter displaced Palestinian families, six in tents housing displaced people in Khan Yunis, and five in ground attacks in Rafah and in the Zeitoun suburb of Gaza City. The attacks were made after the head-to-head struggle between the occupying and resistance forces intensified.

Hamas has claimed responsibility for the shooting attack on Tuesday in Jaffa, near Tel Aviv, which resulted in the deaths of at least seven people and left many others wounded. The attack was carried out by members of Hamas’s armed wing, the Ezzedine Al-Qassam Brigades, who infiltrated from Hebron.

An Israeli airstrike on Tuesday / Wednesday targeted a school for orphans in Gaza City, resulting in the murder of several individuals, predominantly children and women who had sought shelter there after being displaced by prior attacks.

The occupiers continue bombing several refugee camps and shelters. The Nuseirat Camp has been once more among the targets of Israeli air strikes, when on Wednesday at least 99 people were murdered in Gaza Strip. Also Bureij and Maghazi camps, Gaza City, Rafah and Khan Yunis were bombed that day. In Khan Yunis 40 people, mainly civilians, were murdered.

This is while the combats in Khan Yunis intensify. Wednesday, Al Qassam Brigades posted a video of targeting Israeli vehicles:

Also Wednesday, an Israeli drone fired a missile at a group of people in northern Beit Lahiya who were collecting wood due to a shortage of cooking gas, murdering four people.

Also yesterday, the occupiers attacked a refugee camp in Tulkarem, West Bank, murdering at least 18 people. This night and morning, the Israeli army stormed several areas across West Bank, including Beita, south of Nablus, the city of Nablus, Anabta, east of Tulkarem and the Batn al-Hawa neighbourhood in the city of Ramallah.

Nowadays, since the attention of the bourgeois press is focused on Lebanon, the State of Israel intensifies its genocidal campaign against Palestine, both in Gaza Strip and West Bank, committing some of the biggest massacres since a long time ago. However the masses of the world have not forgot Palestine and they continued their protests and actions against the State of Israel and its Yankee imperialist masters.

In Greece there are several calls for demonstrations for the anniversary of the Al-Aqsa-Flood, as in Karditsa, Trikala, Larisa and in the capital, Athens.

The Maldives said it has officially filed a declaration of intervention in the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to join the genocide case against Israel for committing massacres in the Gaza Strip.

Several initiatives were carried out in Denmark. On September 30, an information evening was held about the International Campaign for Georges Abdallah, September 7 – October 7, 2024. During the presentation, a brief historical overview of Georges Abdallah’s life, as well as the history of Lebanon since 1948, was given. The presentation told about the unjust circumstances surrounding Georges Abdallah’s 40-year prison term and that Georges Abdallah is Europe’s oldest political prisoner. During the presentation, comrade Suzanne Le Manceau was also remembered and her dedication to the cause of Palestine and Georges Abdallah was highlighted. The film of the Unity Campaign for the Liberation of Georges Ibrahim Abdallah was also shown. After the presentation, the documentary film »Fedayin – Georges Abdallah’s Battle« was shown. Several emergency demonstrations have taken place in the streets of Copenhagen, where hundreds have taken the streets.

Saturday, September 21, a demonstration was organized in solidarity with the Palestinian people. The demonstration was attended by a large number of attendants, estimated at around 300-400.

In Essen, Germany, the Open Meeting for Palestine (Offenes Palästina Treffen Bochum-Ruhr) calls for a „Free Palestine!“-march on October 7. Another pro-Palestine protest set to take place on October 7 in Frankfurt/Main has been banned by the mayor of the city.

Over the weekend, Republican Activists in Galway City held a vigil on the Wolfe Tone Bridge in support of the Palestinian Resistance, Hezbollah and the Lebanese People.

On October 2, Members of AIA, Saoirse Don Phalaistín and other Palestinian Solidarity Organisations held a vigil to honor the recent Martyrs of the Palestinian and Lebanese Resistance including the General Secretary of Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah and the 3 martyrs leaders of the PFLP who were murdered in a Zionist air strike in Beirut.
