India – bsCEM Statement Condemning the Raids Against RSF General Secretary
We hereby share the statement published by bsCEM on the raid against the General Secretary of Revolutionary Students Front (RSF) published on the 19th of June.
CONDEMN THE REPRESSIVE RAIDS CONDUCTED BY THE GESTAPO NIA OF THE BRAHMANICAL HINDUTVA FASCIST STATE AGAINST POLITICAL ACTIVISTS IN WEST BENGAL
Only 18 june 2026 the Brahminical Hindutva Fascist Indian State used its gestapo NIA to conduct a raid at the residence of the Comrade Tatagatha Roy who is the general secretary of Revolutionary Students Front, a student organisation based in west bengal. This is a new case in the series of growing crackdowns against democratic activists throughout India.
Just a few months back on March 2026, 10 activists from Delhi were abducted and brutally tortured in custody by the Delhi Police Special Cell. Books and magazines were seized from the residence of activist Taghata and he has been summoned by NIA for further investigation in the bogus ERB reorganization conspiracy case, 2022 in Ranchi. Following this, the residence of another activist, Jhilam Roy, who has been working in various people’s movements has been raided and summons sent. Comrade Sukumar Kayal, a govt School teacher and an activist associated with Sangrami Krishak Sangh has been contacted by the NIA and instructed to stay at the school for prolonged interrogation and subsequently raided.
This crackdown mimics the same pattern carried out by the Gestapo NIA in the NRB Lucknow conspiracy case, under the Surjakund Scheme, which has the agenda of “eradicating Naxalism of pen and gun” to consolidate Hindu Rashtra by 2047. Activists who were confronted with the state repression, have been vocal about the recent SIR voter deletions in west bengal which mostly excluded muslim communities. The Democratic space for dissenting voices has become increasingly constricted. Those who dare to challenge and question the status quo are met with repression and intimidation. The Brahmanical Hindutva fascist state serves the interests of foreign imperialism and comprador bureaucratic capitalism, facilitating the plunder of the country’s resources while pushing workers, peasants, and oppressed sections of society deeper into misery. Minorities are subjected to lynchings, discrimination, and deportations. Anyone who raises their voice against these anti-people policies is branded as an “anti-national” or a “Maoist,” framed in fabricated conspiracy cases, and imprisoned for years under draconian laws. This is not a series of isolated incidents, but a systematic pattern carried out by the state machinery across the country to silence those who resist exploitation and oppression.
bsCEM strongly condemns this ongoing witch hunt of activists and extends solidarity to all comrades who have confronted state repression at the hands of Brahmanical Hindutva Fascist State. History has shown that wherever exploitative conditions persist and the masses are subjected to oppression, voices of resistance inevitably emerge to challenge the existing order. The struggle for the New Democratic Revolution will continue to advance against this system of exploitation and oppression. It will persist until the people of this country break free from all chains We appeal to all progressive, Democratic and revolutionary minded people to join together and form a united struggle against these Fascist forces.
Down With Brahmanical Hindutva Fascist State!!!
Repeal NIA!!!
