Ireland: Vol. George McAnaspie
Anti Imperialist Action – Ireland has reported that one of their founding members, Vol. George McAnaspie, has lost his life.
The comrade Vol. George McAnaspie was a veteran of the struggle for Irish national liberation, partaking in it for over 60 years. During these long years, among other points, he participated in the founding and struggles of the Irish Republican Socialist Party (IRSP) and its Irish National Liberation Army (INLA). Later he also partook in the founding of the Anti Imperialist Action Ireland.
We extend our condolences to his comrades, family and friends. We wish them strength.
