More Actions for the Electoral Boycott in Norway
On the eve of the elections, we share some actions done by activists from different cities of Norway, which are published by Tjen Folket Media.
Tjen Folket Media published an analytical article on the necessity of the electoral boycott, highlighting that the elections do not change the working class reality and that “to believe that the election will have any impact on the Norwegian State’s dirty role in the oppressed countries – today especially Palestine – is unfortunately just a dream.”
The working class neighborhoods in East Oslo (Veitvet, Kalbakken and Haugenstua in Groruddalen) woke up to graffiti calling for electoral boycott.

More actions were made in Groruddalen during the following days:

In Trondheim, activists from Red Front published posters and spread leaflets calling on the electoral boycott in the Gløshaugen campus and in the city center. Leaflets were also left in mailboxes in the areas of Sorgenfri and Møllenberg.

In the Norwegian University of Science and Technology’s campus in Dragvoll posters were put up and leaflets spread among students and workers. Activists of Red Front also wrote that they shared electoral boycott-leaflets before a political debate where several bourgeois politicians participated.

In Bergen posters were put up in the neighborhoods of Sletten and Møhlenpris and at the university.

Leaflets were also spread at the same time that bourgeois Parties carried out a debate on student’s policies in Bergen.
