
Call for commemoration of the Easter Uprising in Dublin
On Sunday, 9th of April, a commemoration will be held in Dublin for the 1916 Easter Uprising in Ireland and for those who have given their life in the struggle for the national liberation of Ireland. On Easter Monday, 24th of April of 1916, Irish Republicans declared the establishment of an Irish Republic and started an armed uprising against British imperialism.
