Servir al Pueblo (Spanish State): Freedom to those imprisoned for struggling. Solidarity with the repressed of the LLL march in Berlin!

We publish this unofficial translation of a statement of Servir al Pueblo.

Last Sunday, January 14, the traditional “the three Ls” demonstration was held, commemorating Karl Liebknecht, Rosa Luxemburg and Lenin in the city of Berlin. Among many groups, the Red League and Partizan participated in the march with slogans in favor of the heroic Palestinian National Resistance (slogans prohibited in Germany for “anti-Semitism”) and red flags. Also slogans for the International Communist League could be heard.

The police violently charged against the protesters and detained the speaker of the Palestinian Bloc, which caused a 45-minute battle where the revolutionaries not only responded to the reactionary and fascist aggression of the police, but also combated it as can be seen in the videos. The combat resulted in 16 protesters arrested, 21 police officers injured and an attempted murder of a “65-year-old man”, who was denied medical attention when he was bleeding from the nose, ear and mouth and the police tried to smash his head against the floor. We repudiate with deep class hatred German imperialism and its dogs, which in the march were expressed in the Berlin police.

The results of this years LLL-Demonstration show that everyone who is truly on the side of the oppressed and exploited in Germany and the world has to be prepared at any moment to be confronted with the most ruthless repression by the State. Every anti-imperialist and revolutionary must have this clear in mind. The comrades in the block of Partizan and the Red League have shown most clear that come what may, they will uphold the banner of combat and resistance, and standing together being ready to pay the necessary price.” (you can read a report complete march here ).

The Editorial Committee of the newspaper Servir al Pueblo wishes to greet with fervor and energy all the protesters who remained on the side of the revolution and solidarity, especially all those injured and who were repressed. We demand the freedom of those who remain detained, as well as the acquittal of all charges of those who have already been released from prison. We call on all revolutionaries and progressive democrats of the Spanish State to show their repudiation of German imperialism and to show solidarity with the repressed.

Down with German imperialism!

Freedom for our detained comrades!
