Mobilization for the 1st of May continues
The 1st of May call of the Union of Migrant Workers in Europe is now also available in German. You can find the Turkish and French versions in our previous article.
In Oslo, Norway, more posters mobilizing for the 1st of May demonstration have been put up.
In Germany it has been reported that the state started a repressive campaign in the capital to threaten people so not to participate in the First of May demonstrations. It was announced that thousands of cops from different federal states will be mobilized to Berlin. As well, so-called preventive measures have been conducted by the repression forces. People and places are regularly surveilled and letters are send by the “Staatsschutz” (state protection), handed over personally by cops to those who the cops try to intimidate with these measures.
