In the past two days the Israelis have committed two massacres in the north of Gaza: first, Jabalia was bombed, causing at least the murder of 33 people and injuring dozens more. After that, also in Beit Lahia, north of Gaza, a huge massacre was caused. The death-toll is increasing every few hours, but so far, at least 87 people have been murdered and more than 40 people have been injured in this town. These massacres bring the death-toll in Gaza Strip to 42,603 people murdered, 99,795 injured as well as more than 10,000 missing. Additionally, in West Bank at least 759 people have been murdered and at least 6,250 people have been injured.

After the murder of Yahya Sinwar, now confirmed by Hamas, Gideon Levy, an Israeli political analyst and Haaretz columnist, said that this unlikely would change the fate of the more than 100 prisoners of war still held in Gaza because the government’s priority is to remain in the Strip.

The State of Israel attempted to humiliate Sinwar and crush the morale of the people of Palestine by releasing a video of his last moments, but it achieved the opposite: it enlarged and glorified even more the legacy of Sinwar. There are reports of Yankee media which are explaining how even not supporters of Hamas or Sinwar, are mourning him and being proud of his last moments.

Hamas has mourned Yahya Sinwar, stating that “The martyr leader Yahya Sinwar was a continuation of the caravan of great martyr leaders”, as well as they vowed “to continue fighting until the “comprehensive” liberation and the “return and the establishment of the Palestinian state on the entire Palestinian national soil with Jerusalem as its capital.” Top official of Hamas political bureau have declared: “The death of Sinwar will only increase the strength and solidity of our movement”.

Hezbollah has mourned Sinwar and vowed to continue the support “for our Palestinian people”. They stated also that Sinwar “had won all the medals of honour and dignity” and also “He won the badge of martyrdom as he loved and wished – in the battlefields of struggle, clashing face to face with occupation soldiers to the last breath”.

Meanwhile the offensive and siege at northern Gaza is sharpening: the Israeli military said on Friday it send another army unit to support its forces operating in Jabalia. For more than two weeks hundreds of thousands of Palestinians are trapped inside Jabalia, lacking of water and essential supplies. The strategy of the siege, aiming to cause a famine, a genocidal policy to annihilate the people of Palestine, has not been effective to crush the will to struggle of the resistance.

Many States are now targeting the solidarity with Palestine: Canadian imperialism together with US imperialism have launched a new repressive campaign on the Palestinian movement. Samidoun has been labeled as a “terrorist entity” by both countries, alleging connections with organizations labeled as terrorist organizations. This new repressive case comes along with a concerning report which points out how since October 7, 2023, solidarity with Palestine is being increasingly repressed in the imperialist countries, specially in United Kingdom, France and Germany, usually under alleged “anti-extremism” policies, which actually became draconian policies restricting the democratic rights such as expression, protest, etc. Yeni Demokrasi has reported that also 18 Turkish pro-Palestine youth have been charged by the old Turkish State because of their support and solidarity to Palestine, which shows the hypocrisy displayed by Erdogan in his “disputes” or criticism on Israel. Also an anti-terrorist squad of the British police raided the house of the editor of Electronic Intifada in London because of his support to the Palestinian resistance and his opinions against the crimes committed by Israel.

The solidarity displayed by the Yemeni people has also been targeted: many imperialist powers are constantly attacking Yemen. US imperialism has again attacked the capital, Sanaa, as well as another city, Saada. US imperialism has used B-2 bombers to conduct several bombardments. This is relevant because it has been very few times used and each unit has a value of around $1 billion. The Political Bureau of Ansar Allah has stated that this week many operations were carried out by using 25 ballistic missiles and a drone, as well as he has condemned the recent aggression stating that there will be a response. On October 15 another US-British aggression took place against Hodeidah. This has not stopped the Ansar Allah actions: they recently targeted a vessel in Arabian Sea.

The solidarity in Yemen also continued. After the murder of Yahya Sinwar, millions took to the streets to mourn and honor him:
